British Sprint Champion
Congratulations to Luke Bennett who won the M16 class at the recent British Sprint Championships at the University of Warwick. Luke completed the 2.2 km course in 9 mins 18 secs almost a minute ahead of his nearest rival.
Success for DFOK at the final KOL
The final KOL of the season took place on Saturday 25th May at Jeskyns Community Woodland and Ashenbank. There was still a lot to play for in the league and this was the last chance to improve your standing. The area is a mixture of open parkland with some denser forest in Ashenbank and so it was going to be fast and furious at times but also require some fine navigational skills for those on the longer courses.
GLOSS 2024
The GLOSS 2024 series starts next month with an event at Reigate on 23rd June. The series flyer is here.
South East League 2023/24
The latest results for Ashridge and Knole Park have now been published.
The 7th and final event of the 2023/24 season takes place at Houghton Forest near Arundel on 12th May.

Yvette Baker Shield
Congratulations to our juniors who tied for first place in the South East heat of the Yvette Baker Shield at Gravetye Manor - a tough area made even more challenging by the wet and muddy conditions. They will now take on the qualifiers from other regions of the country at the final later this year.
