AGM 2026
Our AGM for 2026 will be on Wednesday 14th October 2026 at 7.30pm. We are returning to The Malt Shovel in Dartford, 3 Darenth Road, DA1 1LP.
The meeting will be conducted to fit around the arrival of dinner, which again will be a hot and cold buffet. Please let me know as soon as possible if you will be attending to David Dawson to ensure we have enough seating and refreshments.
The AGM will elect officers for the committee, where there are to be some changes. We require a member to take over the safeguarding role. Other vacancies are for:
- Equipment
- Social
- Publicity
- Safety Liaison
Nominations can be made at the AGM, but preferably speak to me or another committee member in advance to discuss how you could get involved or to take on one of these roles. The time commitment does not need to be much.
Cups and prizes will be presented and club champions will receive their trophies.
