Safety Notes
Some of the banks at Beacon Wood are steep and muddy hence become very slippery during or after rain. This particularly applies to the bank running north/south to the west of E. Take care on steep banks and also on wooden bridges and all areas where there are wooden duckboards as the footpath as these also become slippery when wet.
