| ENTRIES: | Cup
clubs are SAX, HH and SO. Trophy clubs are DFOK, HAVOC, LOK and MV.
Members of these clubs participating in the CompassSport Cup should
pre-enter, preferably through Club Captains, to Philip Craven, 67
Daneby Road, Catford, London SE6 2QF pcraven@mynow.co.uk. Each
available start time will be allocated to one club. Club Captains will
receive a spreadsheet showing times available to their club members and
competitors can therefore select a suitable start time by liaising with
their Club Captain. There will be limited entry on the day for
CompassSport Cup subject to map availability.
The event is also open to other competitors including beginners and assistance will be provided for those who are new to the sport; this is Entry on the Day only. |

| REGISTRATION: | At any time between 10.00am to 12:15pm. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| START TIMES: | 10:30am
to 12:30pm. Courses close 2.30pm.
There will be two starts. For the shorter courses this will be a 5 minute walk, for the longer courses a 20 minute walk. There will be one finish near the car park / registration. |

| ELECTRONIC PUNCHING: | Sportident will be used for all courses. SI cards will be available for hire at £1.00. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ENTRY FEES: | For
those participating in the CompassSport Cup fees are £8
senior / £2 junior to be received no later than 4th January
2008. Cheques payable to DFOK. Discount for senior BOF members of
£2. Late entries at a surcharge of £2 (seniors) and
£0.50 (juniors) subject to map availability. Please contact
the entries coordinator by email as above.
A map will be reserved for those pre-paying by the date of the event.
Limited entry on the day subject to map availability.
For those not participating in the CompassSport Cup, EOD only at £8 senior / £2.50 junior. Discount for senior BOF members of £2. |
